Sunset Dreams is a commissioned piece created for a special couple who had “spent their lives chasing beautiful sunsets”. A visit through the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia netted a picture that begged to be more. The moment was captured with a background of quilted Shout color catchers and hand dyed silk, then topped with a thread overlay.
