Once a year, deep in the woods where no human looks, Mother Nature throws a party.

Not a garden party. Not a tea party. A full-blown, moss-covered, leaf-throwing, root-entwined BALL.

The dress code? Moss couture. Root-stitched gowns. Ferns as feather boas, with just a touch of fungus sparkle.

The guests? Only VIPs:
* The rotting log standing in the corner, pretending it didn’t come to dance
* Mushrooms in matching outfits, acting accidental
* Worms who bring the snacks (and sometimes are the snacks)
* One confused squirrel insisting it received an invitation

I built Nature’s Ball from Tyvek envelopes, dryer lint, coffee pods, and other discarded materials. It becomes the dance floor. It looks elegant. It looks alive. It looks like the forest floor got tired of waiting for spring and said, “FINE, I’LL THROW MY OWN PARTY.”

Bring your twigs. Leave your shame. Mother Nature doesn’t care—she’s already dancing.

Nature’s Ball now lives in a private collection, but the forest throws a ball every spring. Commissions are welcome if you’d like one to waltz into your home.
